Ordering & Purchasing

Ordering and purchasing jewelry can be done very easily through our user friendly shopping cart. If you face any problem, please contact our customer service and we will walk you through every steps from head to tail on how to make order of our jewelry instantly at ShopFashionStore.com.

If your ordered items are in-stock, we will ship the items in 2 days. For ordered items that not in-stock, we will send them to our manufacturing department for processing and we will ship them after manufacturing processing period.

Manufacturing Processing Period

Manufacturing Process will take approximately 5 to 7 working days for Small Orders and 14 to 21 working days for Large Orders.

Delivery

We will ship out the order via International Priority Express automatically for order size exceed $500. International Priority Express will take 3 to 5 working days.

For small orders (less than $500), we allow buyers to choose the shipping methods. Please refer to the shipping fees chart for more information.

Please note that we can only ESTIMATE the delivery date but NOT GUARANTEE.

Minimum Order

Our minimum order is $100. If your order size is $100 or more, we are giving 10% discount. For order size exceed $500, we are giving 20% discount. Since there are buyers who wish to place smaller orders, our shopping cart able to accept orders less than $100. A $4.99 special handling fee will be added to all orders less than $100.

Return Policy

-	You may return your order within 7 days from the date the order was received if it is the result of our fault or mistake.
-	Used jewelry can not be returned, no exception.
-	We will not charge any restocking fee of returned order.
-	Shipping and handling fee is non-refundable, unless it is the result of our fault or mistake.
-	You will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges of the returning order.
-	When you return your order to us, please remember to ship the package with a tracking number.
-	Please use our customer service to email us and state which order will be returned.
-	All jewelry must be returned in its original packaging to receive full refund from us.
-	Please ensure that you send the returned order back with a tracking number, we will not responsible if the shipment is lost.
-	We will refund to you when we receive the returned order.
-	You will receive a refund with the original amount minus shipping costs.

Repair & Exchange

We give free repair or exchange service to the purchased jewelry with manufacturer defects. We do not service or provide exchange for jewelry damaged by negligence. Some jewelry may not be available for immediate exchange, please allow approximate 7 working days for manufacturing.

All necklace chain length are standard 460mm.

Stone Color

For some jewelry, we allow you to select different center stone color. If you want to know more of the stone colors, please refer to the stone color chart . All the jewelry are set with Cubic Zirconia, Swarovski Crystal or Synthetic Pearl.

Please note that the stone color (except clear) may vary slightly depending on the resolution and color setting of your computer monitor.
